How To File a Claim​

Most agreements require prior authorization before work can being. Please do not initiate any repairs until you or your servicer has contacted CornerStone and have received authorization for repairs. Please have your servicer contact us at:

Transfers

Many products are transferrable between private part transactions – this can add value in the event you wish to resell the covered vehicle. Many transfers must be completed and submitted with payment within 30 days of the sale of the covered vehicle.

Cancellations

In most cases, cancellations must be initiated through the selling dealer in which the product was purchased from. Note that not all products are cancellable – please review your agreement for specific details. Once submitted, please allow up to 30 days for the cancellation to be processed. Once completed, any applicable refund amount will be sent to your dealership and applied to the balance of the loan, if applicable, or sent to you.

In the event the dealership you purchased the product from is no longer in business, please complete the cancellation form and submit it to cancellations@cornerstoneunited.com.
